 Tring Brewery  Unmistakable citrus and floral notes from only the best American Cascade hops balanced with a crisp dry finish make this straw coloured ale a fantastic session beer.

Wolf Brewery  This traditional Norfolk mild has a malty aroma with fruity undertones. Lightly hopped with Fuggles and Goldings this beer has a long clean finish.

Using the finest Maris Otter malting barley and aromatic Fuggles hops, delicious, fruity Cascade and Amarillo hops and, of course, purest Mendip Spring Water, Rare Breed is a distinctive, clean tasting pale ale
with a smooth, citrus twist.

Dark Star Brewery
A Best Bitter brewed in a traditional Sussex style using Maris Otter, Crystal and Chocolate malts with East Kent Golding hops. Typical of Dark Star ales, the Best Bitter relies on the heavy handed addition of aromatic hops late in the boil.
   3.9%  Avocet Ale Exeter Brewery With its pale blonde colour this is a modern-style distinctly flavoured ale.

Goose Eye Brewery Self-descriptive in colour, with an incredibly smooth finish and wonderful hop aromas.

A dark amber coloured beer with a deep red hue traditionally brewed using only the finest quality of Stonehenge Spring water, barley, rye, crystal and wheat malts, whole hops and the brewery's own top-fermenting yeast.

Golden in colour, First impressions are Crisp grapefruit with undertones of caramel. The nose is a lemon-sweet mix that works well to entice another sip! A delicious full bodied American Pale Ale much accredited to the 5% ABV but mostly due to the amount of hops added to the boiling process

With its distinctive orange hues, this smooth, robust, naturally cloudy cider is a Somerset tradition. For those who like oak-aged cider medium dry, our cidermakers choose apples including Tremlett’s Bitter for its tannins, while Dabinett brings a rich, full body.
   6.0%  Stan's Trad
Stan’s Trad is Stan Thatcher’s traditional cider. Mellow from the time it spends in our oak vats, naturally hazy from the bittersweet apples carefully chosen for the blend, and full on flavour.
   6.0% Apple Jack
Original Somerset Cider
A golden cider, with a dry apple taste
   6.0% Legbender
 Rich's Cider
Traditionally produced with a blend of cider apples grown in Somerset. It’s a full flavoured crisp, clear still cider, making it easy to drink, but beware can make you go weak at the knees!
   6.0% Dabinet  Ganley & Nash  This single variety cider has been crafted by using one of the finest cider apples from Somerset. The Dabinett apple has a very distinct flavour. It’s a full-flavoured, medium cider that balances well sweetness, acidity and tannins.
   7.5% Darkcider
Lilley's Cider
This mysterious cider has a completely unique character. Dark in colour it has woody and caramel notes and has been carefully crafted to appeal especially to ale drinkers
