Tickets and Tokens

Entry price is £8 (£10 on the door) which includes a Menu of Beers (tasting notes), pint or half pint Souvenir Glass (subject to availability - we have to say that), and beer tokens for two halfs of beer. No cash is taken at the bar, you buy beer tokens from Festival Stewards, which you exchange at the bar for ale, cider, lager or wine (half pint each or two for a pint - not pints of wine by the way!).

The "Festival Bar" is in the skittle alley at the Claverham Village Hall, with the main hall and quieter outside patio areas.  A small marquee, several gazebos and tables and chairs are available in the outside areas. The Festival Barbecue runs at all events, serving local quality produce including specialist burgers, all reasonably priced.

Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions are free to enter so no tickets are needed. Times are from 1.00pm to 7.00pm Saturday, and 1.00pm to 3.30pm Sunday. Evening sessions are from 7.30pm to11.30pm and are ticket only. You may be able to buy a ticket at the door, but we do limit the crowds and once the return tickets are gone we do have to refuse entry. So make sure of your ticket and buy in advance.

There is live music at all sessions, from local artists.

Smoking is permitted in the open air only (patio and in the carpark).

The usual licencing rules apply, so if you look under 21 you will be asked for identification and if you can't prove your age or if anyone is judged to be behaving inappropriately you will be asked to leave. All of the bar staff, ticket sellers, doormen and BBQ chefs are volunteers and are entitled to be treated with respect. Claverham Beer Festival has a well-deserved reputation as a friendly festival, with a great atmosphere, good beers, super entertainment in a really good venue. Above all, great fun - what more could you ask for? Cheap beer? - well yes, that too!
